Bonding is one of the most popular techniques for weaving temporary hair. It works by adding volume or colored streaks to natural hair. It is done by gluing strands of hair to the roots of your natural hair using special adhesives. These kinds of hair weave extensions last not more than two weeks because the glue may damage your hair.

Tracking is another weaving method where natural curls of your hair are braided around the head. These braids are then sewn down and the hair extensions are sewn directly to the braids. Netting, as its name suggests, involves a process where natural curls of your hair are braided into a think net that serves as the area where hair extensions will be weaved. Compared to tracking and bonding, netting provides a more flexible way of weaving hair because it is not limited to a certain area alone. Hair weave extensions done with this technique could last up to three months.

The most common, long-lasting and natural-looking hair weave extensions are attached using fusion. Unlike other methods, fusion allows the wearer to apply hair products and wash the hair every week. Although this method may be the most expensive of them all, a durable and believable hair is a guarantee.
